Not print fields with no data

Can I set up my file to only print fields that have data in them, or exclude from printing fields with no data?

Hi Rick,

You can have fields slide up and left, which will do kind of what you described.

In layout mode, select the fields and then Menu >>Format >> Slide/Printing. You will want to test the look in Preview Mode to see what you will get in printing out your Report.
