Gabe Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 I have a set of layouts dedicated to printing. Basically, when I print a layout, it prints one for every record in the found set. Is there a way to only print the current record, one at a time?
-Queue- Posted July 13, 2005 Posted July 13, 2005 Change the print dialog to 'Current Record' instead of 'Records being browsed'.
Gabe Posted July 14, 2005 Author Posted July 14, 2005 Yes, I know about that, but I don't see it as an option when I am printing automatically from a script. -- edit.. nevermind. I don't know why I didn't see it on the print setup dialogue on the print script step earlier.
Newbies SiberPhrek Posted November 23, 2005 Newbies Posted November 23, 2005 I don't see the option for Print current record under the print dialog box. I'm trying to have a script print just the last record, but when it goes to print it prints all the records. Help?
-Queue- Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 I do not know if it is located in the same place on a Mac, but on Windows, it is the first option at the top left in the Print dialog.
Ender Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 On the Mac, it's under the options pull down menu (it's usually on "Copies & Pages" when you first go in.) Change the option to "FileMaker Pro" or "FileMaker Pro Advanced" to get at that print option.
