I have a set of layouts dedicated to printing. Basically, when I print a layout, it prints one for every record in the found set. Is there a way to only print the current record, one at a time?

Change the print dialog to 'Current Record' instead of 'Records being browsed'.

Yes, I know about that, but I don't see it as an option when I am printing automatically from a script.

-- edit.. nevermind. I don't know why I didn't see it on the print setup dialogue on the print script step earlier.

I don't see the option for Print current record under the print dialog box.

I'm trying to have a script print just the last record, but when it goes to print it prints all the records.

Help?

I do not know if it is located in the same place on a Mac, but on Windows, it is the first option at the top left in the Print dialog.

On the Mac, it's under the options pull down menu (it's usually on "Copies & Pages" when you first go in.) Change the option to "FileMaker Pro" or "FileMaker Pro Advanced" to get at that print option.
