I have TWO fields

1.date of MRI scan

2.MMSE Score

I want ONE of these fields to appear on a layout if a THIRD field (Diagnosis) contains specific words....

ie

Diagnosis contains the term "multiple sclerosis" then the field ,[date of MRI] field appears, if

Diagnosis contains the term "alzheimer's disease" then the field ,[MMSE Score field appears,

on the layout.

is this possible?

thanks

Graham

Do you only want to display them, or will you be entering data into them as well?
