I have a membership database that contains several fields but I only need to print a few of them. Is it possible to sort and print the following ?-->

Current Date

Chapter

First Name

Last Name

I am a FM newbie who is slowly learning how to write my own scripts but this one has me stumped. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing that you want to print Labels? If so, See Layouts in the Manual, or Go to Layout Mode and Select New Layouts and then choose Label,

To print the lables, you might want to

Do a Find to get the set of records to print,

Do a sort to put the records in the order desired (Zip, or Alpha, etc)

Print.

BTW, You can create a script with these steps also.

I don't want to print labels I just want to print a list of members sorted by the fields I mentioned. However, what you posted did point me in the right direction. Thanks!
