Sorting

Not sure if asking this correctly... New to FM, previous user of Alpha 5(PC).

When I use "find" feature; this works for the field I created called "rep", but I wish for when I find the "rep" name than the "account" field be sorted automatically-alphabetically. In order to do this I must use the cmd-s keystroke to alphabetically sort. With A5 my rep finds were always sorted alphabetically.

Any help here?

After some reviewing... Alpha 5.

Here's what I found.... an index is attached to accounts with direction as ascending... this is in the set up of the database.

Should I be looking into something like this for database set up?
