Newbies kfilio Posted August 4, 2005 Newbies Posted August 4, 2005 My employer wants some FM files converted to any program in Microsoft Office or PDF files for easy distribution to a large group of people. I'm not sure if it is possible? Any ideas? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Kim (I'm just a geeky autism consultant!)
SlimJim Posted August 4, 2005 Posted August 4, 2005 You could export the data in csv format and import it into Excel.
SteveB Posted August 4, 2005 Posted August 4, 2005 I think your best choice is to create a PDF, since everybody can open with the Reader. See the 'CutePDF' (or 'Cute2PDF'...sorry I don't have a web address). There are also others that are free. Steve
QuinTech Posted August 5, 2005 Posted August 5, 2005 Steve's right, printing to PDF is the best option. You can download Cute PDF from (get ready for this) www.cutepdf.com. If you want to convert data to Word or Excel, you can do this with XSLT, but it's quite a bit more complicated. J
