Cannot print envelopes in FM Pro 7.0

I can't print envelopes using FileMaker and I'm really hoping someone can help me. I'm job hunting, and I need to send out good looking envelopes!

Here's the problem: FileMaker will not print landscape. Envelopes always come out with the text running the wrong way.

It doesn't matter WHICH option I choose in Page Setup, landscape or portrait; the text is always the wrong way. I have created a new paper size to match the size of the envelope. Makes no difference. I have used the envelope-creation tool within the program. Makes no difference.

This may be related -- I HAVE noticed that in the Print dialog box, under the options for "Paper Handling," the default radio button is "Use documents paper size: US Letter." (The only other choice is "Scale to fit paper size.") I don't want the scaling option, but I also don't want to use US Letter, and I can't seem to change this option. The words US Letter are not in any sort of drop-down menu and they are not changeable. Changing the paper size in Page Setup makes no difference in this dialog box.

Any ideas?

I'm using FM Pro 7.0, on a Mac running OSX (version 10.4.2).

Thanks!

Depending on how envelopes feed into your printer, you may have to rotate the fields sideways to align with the way the envelope feeds.
