heres my table set up. i have an inventory table and costing table related by a serial number.

in the inventory we have material that can be owned by a number of companies. I need to be able to restrict viewing of costing information based on an owner code AND a users privalge set.

to further explain if you are a user from set A you must be able to see all costing info. however if you are in set B you must be able to see all costing info UNLESS it is owned by company X.

any ideas?
