I am not sure how to word this so be patient with me. I have a file called Customers it has all the information about each company we have as a client. I have a portal on this page which is linked to all the sales we have with this customer in another file called Sales history. The portal only shows the last sale and not all that this customer has purchased with us. Everyone of our customers have a number which is the relationship I used to link the two files. Should I do it more like a self join with a constant or is that not the problem at all.

What is the relationship used for this portal? It should be CustomerID = :CustomerID. Is the relaationship or the portal sorted? Are the fields in the portal using the same relatioship as the portal?

Ok I have included 2 sample files ok maybe I wont send you a test file. LOL My test file works like a charm need to figure out what I have done wrong on original thanks alot ralph!
