Salesman0Gil Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 Hello. I've noticed that when I look at my file son other computers, they just do not look the same as on mine (ie development), Is there a way to sciprt this (or any other way) to change depending on the display settings of the computer that it is being ran on?
sbg2 Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 Design at the lowest resolution the file will be viewed at. For each file have a script that will run on open and check the resolution of the current machine then adjust Window Size and Zoom level accordingly. You will also have to adjust all New Window script steps accordingly. Search for "Windows script steps" in the help file for more detailed information.
CyborgSam Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 Also, note that colors appear can differently on various computers. Windows has really poor color management, Macs have good management but most folks aren't set up to fully utilize it. What looks tacky and garish on my mac looks AOK on my sister's PC...
