Multiple Record Printing using the same report

Ok Guys,

First the New layout is very nice.

The Setup:

Main Page

I have a portal that displays muti records from the policy page (policies that only relate to the main page that I am on)

Policy Page

I have a status field on this page which tells me the status of the policy I am on.

Problem:

What I want to do is to make a script that would be on the main page that only prints a report from a type of status (Closed).

Example:

XYZ on the main page has 4 Policies that relate to it. 3 of the policies have been closed. I would like to print to a report that I have made just the closed policies. I can get the script to print one but how do you get it to cycle through only the closed policies that relate to XYZ and print only those. Maybe some kind of loop?
