I decided it would be quickest to take 10 minutes and write a sample file. What I want is the check boxes next to the dynamic month grid to autofill out the correct month in the check boxes in months below.

Value list Boolean changed from 0 & 1 to 1 & 0.

Fields cb01 to cb12 change from text to number (Boolean)

Created new calcaulated text fields cbv01 to cbv12. cbv01 = Case ( cb01 = 1 ; Left ( Global1mth ; 3 ) & "¶" ) cbv02 = Case ( cb02 = 1 ; Left ( Global2mth ; 3 ) & "¶" ) etc.

Monthsdrop changed to calculation = cbv01 & cbv02 & cbv03 & cbv04 & ... & cbv12

Can you send a sample LIke I did for the question as I tried just typing it and it did not work.
