Some times error

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am using FMS Advanced 7 on MacOSX Panther with xserve machine. I construct an custom site with xsl.

My web site is running in general but sometimes i returned "An unexpected error has occurred while using FileMaker Custom Web Publishing with XSLT. See the FileMaker Custom Web Publishing documentation for information about customizing this error page." error page.

Restarting wpe or xserve solves the problem until the next time.

What should be reason for this error or how can i solve this complately.

I've been having the same problem. The not-so-pretty workaround is to configure the pe_server_error.html file to just reload the page - and 99% of the time that will work, at least in my case. Of course – this is not an acceptable solution, just a way to make the error less obvious.

Any suggestions as to what causes these errors and how to get rid of them would be very welcome.

Thanks,

B.

Hello, the Unexpected error thing is a common problem for all the machines running 2 CPUs . the only way to solve this problem is tu make your machine with just one CPU!

Look at this:

PS: this is a filemaker server adv. bug and not a problem of your computer os OS.

;-)

Bye.
