This may be out there somewhere but I haven't found it yet. I need some examples or solutions for the way to have users only view the records they have created based on their logon (web sharing). we will have 10 or so (not at the same time really) folks hitting the file to create or add info to records and I want them to only be able to see their records plus one user (admin-like) to be able to see all.

Sorry this is so newbie of me. New to FP but I love it so far much better than access.

you can customize the prevliages to allow the user to view the results only if the current user = user created (field auto calculated to be the user name)
