BeckhamTX Posted August 23, 2005 Posted August 23, 2005 I am cleaning up a FM 7 database with 50 + layouts. I need to delete all layouts except one. I am now deleting one layout at a time from the layout-delete layout menu. This is pretty repetitive and time consuming. Is there a way to select and delete a bunch of layouts at once? I will be doing this same thing one another file soon, so if theres a shortcut it would help me out. thankx
BrentHedden Posted August 23, 2005 Posted August 23, 2005 The keyboard shortcut for this is Ctrl-E, which will save some time. You could also set up a keyboard macro (outside filemaker) to do this. Unfortunately, there is no way to select multiple layouts at one time and delete them with one command.
