Is it possible to set up FM PRO 7 to require a data entry person to enter data twice to make sure that the data are correct via requiring a 'match' before they are stored? And is it possible to make the first entry of a data field hidden or asterisk'ed out similar to password entries on websites, to prevent the operator from being biased by the first entry?

You can require data twice by validation options of the field.

And show custom dialog box have a password option for inputs. You can use custom dialog for password entries.
