Hi, first let me tell my specs

imac g4 800mhz

filemaker 7.0v3

mac os x 10.3.9

i'm having the following printing problem:

i'm trying to print to different printers and filemaker crashes, i've used the change printer plugin and the first print goes ok, but when i change to another printer and click print fm7 crashes, the thing is that with the fmbuttler plugin it crashes too when i do the same stuff, so what i did was ran filemaker on another partition i have that was clean installed with os 10.3.8 and then installed filemaker 7.0v1 and the same thing.

i tried to make some simple scripts to test this, that basically were print setup and print for both of my printers and when i was on the second script fm crashes.

any ideas on this issue?

thx

and best regards

roberto

Have you tried running under another OS X user instead of another partition. If it works than I bet a plist/pref file has become corrupted. I would quit filemaker, delete the file com.filemaker.filemakerpro.plist and com.filemaker.pro7D.plist and possibly some other preference files as well as any plist or pref files that fmbutler may have made, doubtful that a plugin would have them though, and try again.
