open window by tabbing through portal

Hello Everyone,

Thanks in advance for any help. I am trying to have a window open when you tab into a field through a portal. I have made the creation of records through portal avialable. When I tab into a certain field, I would like it to open a window with more options. I was thinking it could be done through a script or just a define button option, but can't figure out how to activate it by tabbing into field. Thanks again.
