Hello,

Can someone please help me out with scripting a dynamic field that would contain information from 1 of 3 fields. I.e If Status field = "submitted"= Summary field displays the information. This is not the script I'd like to create but somthing that would actually work. I'm new to some of the advanced scripting so any help would be appreciated.

Nope, still missing something. I'll upload what I am working on, I must admit it's pretty basic. What I would like to do is if the 1st submission failed then the notes would be seen on the Summary Report. In addition, if the 2nd submission failed then that would be shown on teh report. So it would display a failed submission on the most recent date.
