Saving Found Set Problems

I'm using a script to save a found set which utilises the Copy All Records command. This works fine but the problem arises when I disable Export Records in the password (to prevent any employees downloading the contents of the database which holds valuable information) This also seems to disable the Copy All Records command and therefore prevents the script from working

Any ideas?

The usual method is to enable export, but disable all menus so the export command can't be used. -bd
