HELP! Please! I'm desperate!

I'm a dog groomer and am just setting up a database with FM. Everything seems pretty easy except for one layout.

I need to be able to show a year's worth of appointment dates and charges for each dog. This is unlikely to be more than 12 dates per record.

I also need to be able to print out those dates and charges on a yearly report of all dogs. It would look something like this:

Client ID Dog Name

Appointment Date Clip Style Charge

I need to be able to enter this data each time a dog comes into the shop and I CANNOT figure out how to do it!

Can anyone help me?

Thanks!

Make a separate record for each visit with the attendant information. THen simply run a summary report sorted by Client ID, by "dog id", then by date.

You might want to read the chapter in the Users Guide about Summary Reports.
