Hi, I'm new to filemaker and I'm only using it for a little inventory of our computer park.

On one of my field (computer name) I want to be sure not to give two time the same name.

How can I do it?

Step 1: Open Define Database (In file menu)

Step 2: Double click computer name field

Step 3: Select "Validation" tab

Step 4: Check Unique option

It is all!
