When you create a runtime app can you move the DLL to a folder?

Everytime I try I get an error saying I can't open the file because they can't be found.

I am sure you can but I can't figure it out.

I haven't tried it in 8, but I know you can't move the Dlls in v6, and I would give you odds that you can't move them in v7.
