garrys Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 Dear All, I am developing a tuition fee billing system for a school and the management requires a contract of agreement between me and the school. I am a freelance FM developer, and have designed small applications for office use but I haven't done any contract of agreement for any solution. Anyone could give me a light of what should it contain(sorry to be dumb on this)? A sample could probably help. The cost of the solution includes training and 1 year free support. Payment terms is 50% upon approval and 50% upon completion. Thanks in advance, Garry
rayd8 Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 You need to get this book. It will help you in many areas: Web & Software Development: A Legal Guide By Stephen Fishman ISBN 1413300871 Sells for $30 on Amazon and rated 5 stars.
garrys Posted September 8, 2005 Author Posted September 8, 2005 Thanks Ray for your suggestion, i will definitely buy the book but delivery time takes 6 to 8 weeks to my location. I would appreciate a sample to start with, I only have 1 to 2 weeks to get the contract ready.
