The Soliant Consulting booth at the most recent DevCon mentioned that there will be such a beast, "Available Windows 2005/2006". They are also planning on publishing another book "FileMaker Pro 8 Functions and Scripts Desk Reference". I'm not too sure that this second book will be exactly about, but it looks promising.
