Hi Guys,

I know this isn't the right area to post, as its for accounts but has anyone linked Act, the CRM system back to a filemaker database? I've got a client that is interested in linking up a Filemaker client database to the clients section in Act and i'm not sure which way to tackle this, whether it would be via XML or ODBC. Whatever it is, i'd like to automate the process, so are there any plugins available or any resources?

I worked with Export/Import using .csv file.

First customer export data from Act in *.csv format, then I create script in FM which import from that *.csv file and replace data in appropriated tables.

Backward; script which collect data from my Fm application in one table, and export in *.csv. Then Act user just imports data from file.
