removing text in table view

I was wondering if anyone could explain how to remove the text that is automatically generated in shared fields in table view.

[sOURCE TABLE :] is automatically generated each time I drag a new field into the layout using the field tool and I would like to remove it. Is this even possible?

Unfortunately, I do not believe it is modifiable.
