September 30, 200520 yr Newbies I am experiencing missing data when I print a report. The report sorts by Department, then Job, then Employee, then Date worked. There is then a total by Employee, Job, and Department. The body is each day the employee worked. Many times the body will fall on a page break. Sometimes this is fine; however, sometimes it omits a single day. The totals are still accurate – but the single day is missing. I have tried different printers and have adjusted the margins. Ideas?
September 30, 200520 yr Double-click on the Body's label part (or select it and go to Layouts -> Part Setup -> Body) in Layout Mode and check that it is not set to 'Allow part to break across page boundaries'.
October 1, 200520 yr Author Newbies I tried both ways. I checked it on and off. 'Allow part to break across page boundaries' The results were the same. ?
