Cache is giving problems with calculate results?

Featured Replies

I ignored version 7 and try to step over from 6 to 8.

Version 8 is much faster with calculating results on heavy reports I made.

But: 8 is also giving wrong results, knowing I calculate over 4 different tables...

Every time I start FM8, the first report is right! But the second (with different calculating parameters) gives the same results as the first report....

No wonder that FM8 is much faster!

Who has the same experiance and more important: who has any idea for a right solution??

Here you can download a small example:

Have you tried the "Refresh Window" with "Flush Cached Join Results" option?

Yes, but it didn't solve the (compleet) problem.

If you look into the example, you can see that I've tried it....

It give's an other result, thats for sure. But also not the good one.

a. I see that tables which are not modified, are not all recalculated. To 1 relation-level deep they do, but deeper they don't.

b. Whatever I do, the Summary fields on the Trailing Grand Summary of the report are not recalculated.

Or do I have to modify all the records in the report?? (I hope I don't)
