1. Can I do the above with any other plugin?

2. What I would ideally like it to have a portal that lists close matches (which I have but needs a tab to activate which isn't as effective) activated when you type?

This looks like the only option unless some bright spark out there has some ideas?

At this point in time, I don't believe there is any stable plugin that does idle handling. The SecureFM plugin doesn't actually do idle handling either. The function used to accomplish what Ray has taught is done through key trapping. We can all wish and beg though.
