How do you change the colors that the patterns use. For instance I filled the body with a blue color, then I chose a pattern. The default is to use white as the alternative color to make the pattern, how do I for instance choose Gray.

Is this even possible?

I don't believe there's any way of changing the alternate color from white in patterns.
