scrooll down on Browse Mode

How can I use the mouse wheel to scrooll down the pages on Browse Mode???

Here's what the wheel does in v8:

View as Form:

Scrolls through records as if you were clicking the left and right pages of the book.

View as List or View as Table:

Scrolls through the list of records, as if you were clicking on the up and down arrows in the vertical scroll bar.

To use the scroll wheel to move up or down in a portal formatted with a vertical scroll bar in Browse mode:

Click in the portal (but not in a field), then rotate the scroll wheel.
