Adding Static Graphic?

I am new to xslt. I want to add static graphic images to xslt pages. What would the code be and where would the graphic file be stored?

As usual: You can add html tags and to your XSLT and save the graphic files anywhere in the root folder or a subfolder of your web site served by Apache/IIS.
