How to leave a field out for printing when it shows a zero

Featured Replies

I have a custom printing setup for a customer. One of many, but this one has wasted rows. I need to print out a form that shows the following:

Date Sold;

Who Sold;

Total Tax;

That I have figured out. What I need is for the report not to show any sales that have a zero (0) in the Total Tax field. So the report is only going to show the sales that had a tax assigned to it. Hope this makes sense.

why dont you have it so that when you generate your report, you modify your found set so that only records that tax does not equal zero are shown. Then go to your print layout and print the report.

Thank you. I will try that. I am still learning a lot of this. Did not think about found sets. I was just printing everything.
