Hello,

I am trying to create a .bat file to schedule to opening & closing of Databases we have on Filemaker Server 8.

Can anyone advise me what the .bat file needs to be?

The command "fmsadmin open" & "fmsadmin close" works however when it asks for the "password" to open/close and also the confirm y/n to close i cannot seem to get this to do it automatically?!?

Any advise please!!

Have a look at the help options: type in

FMSADMIN HELP OPTIONS

Note the "-u" for username and "-p" for password switches to authenticate against the server.
