I have built a very complex series of tables and relationships to minimise data redundancy but now I cannot get my auto fill fields to work properly. I have got the same principle to work from other more simple 1-1tables relatioships but not my 1-Many-Many. I have attached my file. The table area I am trying to get to work is the Room tables. I store the event details regarding a room in the Event Room table which pulls data out through the Room table, which in turn, turns out value lists etc.. through 2 other tables - Room Cost & Layout. I want the room cost in Event Room to be automatically filled in when the event meal record is created. I can get that bit to work fine but I cna't get the price to chnage depending on the booking multiple chosen. If someone books a room multiple times they get a cheaper rate and this needs to be reflected in the room cost. I ahve included the complete solution so far, including the simpler variations of this concept e.g. Event Meal etc... Any ideas?
