Call record from other layout

hi.. I got this list view layout that list many form records and 1 of the field is fild id. There will be a button beside fild id field, by clicking on that button e.g. belong to fild id 008, it will bring you to the form layout and bring u to record which fild id is 008.

Can someone help me on it..

Well if the list view contains data from the same table as the Form View, then all you need to use is a simple Go to Layout (WhateverYourFormName]

If its in a different related table then you need to use Go to Related Record[]

Hi John,

Cos there will be many files, and if record file id 008 is chosen, fm will bring to the form layout and record which file id is 008.

Its something like go to layout, then go to related record is it?

Im not very sure on the script..
