wdisneymom Posted December 1, 2005 Posted December 1, 2005 I have to do an annual report and I did a find based in the dates the cases were reviewed Now I have to get info on these cases like af=ge, gender, county etc. How do I do this with only the 36 records that are in the find
stanley Posted December 1, 2005 Posted December 1, 2005 wdisneymom: Do your main find, just as you did before, then go to ScriptMaker and create a new script. You'll want it to do the following: Enter Find Mode[Restore] New Record/Request Note that the "Restore" contains the criteria you entered in your last find. Make sure that "Pause" is unchecked in the Enter Find Mode line. The "New Record/Request" allows you to enter criteria for a second find, narrowing the results of the first find. -Stanley
