printing list to envelopes skips names

When I print an address list to an envelope layout, it prints every other address. I have carefully checked the options boxes on both my printer (epson 1280) and filemaker and can find nothing that might help.

Who might have the answer to this problem?

Thanks, Jill

Hi

Have you checked in "Preview Mode" if all the address list are completely visible ? (are those address inside the page borders ?)

OK, I think you are on to something. When I go the preview it shows 2 addresses, but the second one is outside the physical size of the envelope. The border on the preview is larger than the envelope, it is larger than the size in my envelope layout. How do I fix this.

Thanks, Jill

Hi

You need to change your page setup scale. If this is something your going to use regularly you will probably have to script it to change when you go to this layout.

Thanks for your help. I have printed my list successfully. I enlarged the the preview envelope size to full page, while this is counter-intuitive (we Mac folks like things to be intuitive) it worked. Thanks again, and happy holidays.
