maulanday
I'm trying to create a list of projects organized by their project status. Here's what I want it to look like: Project Category Project Name - Assigned date- Due Date --- etc. Another Project Category Project Name - Assigned date- Due Date --- etc. So, I created a the layout, and I previewed it. Everything was working well. But then, I closed out of the file, and all of sudden the layout I created didn't show. What did I do wrong? Thanks, maulanday
Breezer
You probably created a report layout. For you to view the report, the data must be sorted and then viewed in preview mode.
maulanday
Okay. I did view in preview mode, but for some odd reason when I close out of the file the report isn't organized by the project category. It just has the list of projects. maulanday
I figured out my problem. Thank you to all. Now, I have another question. I have this report created from the "projects layout." In the projects layout, there is a portal logging the notes from our client, "cool beans." In my project report, I have fields from the project layout, but I want to also include the most current log entry from the portal "cool beans." But it seems, I am only grabbing the first entry from the log entry. What should I do?
