I figured out my problem. Thank you to all. Now, I have another question. I have this report created from the "projects layout." In the projects layout, there is a portal logging the notes from our client, "cool beans."

In my project report, I have fields from the project layout, but I want to also include the most current log entry from the portal "cool beans." But it seems, I am only grabbing the first entry from the log entry. What should I do?

I think you want to have a single entry that shows the most recent information, yes? If so, just base the field for the log entry on a relationship that is sorted by date, descending.

I did what you suggested, but it's still entering the first logged information. What am I doing wrong?
