Recently, in a number of different venues dedicated to FileMaker Pro, developers and IT managers have raised a number of questions and issues about security, server standards and operations, and damaged file management and amelioration.

Unfortunately a number of responses to these inquiries have not demonstrated a deep knowledge of how various parts of the FileMaker family of products actually work. Here is a list of some definitive resources that all developers and IT professionals can use:

No. It's a effort to get out good information about the correct way to address file damage caused by any number of items, usually in my experience caused by lack of information about proper deployment.

The four Tech Info articles contain vital and important information that all developers and IT managers with FMP responsibility should read.
