mgm75 Posted December 16, 2005 Share Posted December 16, 2005 We need to have FileMaker server installed on the c drive of our server and the databases located on the d drive. We have done this many times by simply putting a short cut to the database folder in the server folder. It has worked for years. Wim Decorte Posted December 19, 2005 Share Posted December 19, 2005 log on to your FMS server with the SAT tool, right-click on the server entry and choose "properties" to bring up the tabbed config dialog. Choose "default folders", check "use additional database folder" and point it to the D drive (use the FM syntax, not the Windows Syntax, it needs to be "filewin:/d:/").
