I'm very new to FileMaker, while trying Email Campaign Management from the Starter Solution, I don't seem to be able to get all assignees' email addresses on the "TO:" field in Outlook. I want to be able to send one email addressed to all assignees. Any help will be appreciated.

I am not familiar with the starter solution, nor am I certain what your specific trouble might be, but I would consider that the header portion of an email message (or Outlook's ability to handle such) might be limited in how much data it will take.

I would also consider sending individual messages out; clumping all your recipients in one To: allows your clients to harvest each others' email addresses, which some of your clients might not like, since it represents a loss of their privacy.

Thanks for your suggestion, I understand that as well, however, my intention of sending one email to a group of people is meant for group of people with common interest, therefore, email privacy is not an issue.
