I have a verndor list database that is a list usered by other dbase applications. When users remotely connect to the server, this vendor database is not on the list of databases. It's hidden. I have two other databases that are just like the vendor list and should be hidden also. How do I hide them? (I have no idea how i got vendor list dbase hidden)

I found my own answer. On the sharing tab there is a box you can check for FMP to not show the dbase. Actual text for the box is: "Don't display in Open Remote File dialog".

There are some other ways to block whole sets of files as well, namely the database visibility option on FileMaker Server. Glad you solved your problem.
