submenu style for popup menu

how can i add submenu style options to the popup menus (contain list values)?

for example:

value 1->value 1-1

->value 1-2

value 2->value 2-1

->value 2-2

and ...

[Zero Tolerence]

I would suggest having a second pop up menu that changes based on the first one.
