paused script randomly canceled with time over network

I've noticed repeatedly that scripts that have been pause waiting for a user response often are cancel when the user does not respond in a few minutes. I don't think this is due to a screen saver as it is not repeatable. I'm clueless what is going on. Windows XP, Dedicated Server, Filemaker 6.0 Please help.

Is your server disconnecting idle guests? Check the FMServer preferences.
