Need Help Getting Data Entry Field to Repeat on Next Line

I'm working on a database and I am having a difficult time figuring out how to get the data entry field to automatically return to the next row in the portal. (please see attachment). The data is coming in correctly from what I can tell, but when one line in the portal is filled out, there is no continuation to the next line. Is there a way to correct this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
