Hello.

I wasn't sure where to put this post so I hope I got the right place.

I use the Send Email function within FM 8.0 without problem. However, in the email that I send I want to be able to include a "Mailto" link in the body. FM doesn't like that when I just type it in the text of the email like this:

Unsubscribe

I now know I can type the mailto code into the body, but it simply shows up as text--no link is available for people to use.

I have my email program set up to send my mail in HTML and typing the mailto code into mail directly from my program works just fine, but not when I use this code in FM and send my mail from FM.

Is there anyway to do this? I am using FM 8.0 v1 Advanced and Mac OSX.

You only need the following

mailto:[email protected]?subject=Unsubscribe

Incidentally you mispelled mailto

I have tested this in FMP6. Please note that the URL link does not display as such in the outbound message, only when received
