How to turn off IWP database lists page?

Hello,

How do you turn off the Instant Web Publishing database lists page so a user can go to the database login page only?

This is using Server Advanced 8

Once you are logged in to you application, bookmark the address shown in your browser. Next time it will ask you to log in and then you are in business.
